Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
- NOTE: We do not accept refund requests for products due to change-of-mind (i.e. you no longer want the product).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
3. Incorrect Orders by Client
A handling fee of 15% may apply on all orders.
The cost of return shipping is the client’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
4. Non-Returnable Items
You ordered the wrong product during checkout.
You no longer want or require the item.
Perishable goods.
Custom-made or personalised items.
Downloadable digital products or services.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If we made a mistake by sending out an incorrect item, we are happy to rectify the mistake.
6. Shipping Costs
The client is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
