All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
All quotations are valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issue and are subject to change due to stock availability or pricing adjustments.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be made using the approved payment methods listed on the Website.
7. Delivery, Stock Availability, Product Use, and Returns
7.1 Stock Availability and Fulfilment
For Artav and Maxe products, we do not keep physical stock in-store. Stock is managed and fulfilled directly by our suppliers. All courier services and product guarantees for these items are provided by the supplier.
For bonnet guards, weather shields, and similar accessories, we keep limited stock. Additional stock is shipped regularly from our suppliers. Customers are encouraged to confirm stock availability before placing an order.
7.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Under normal circumstances, deliveries are completed within the standard courier timeframes communicated at checkout.
In exceptional or extreme circumstances, customers must allow up to fourteen (14) business days for delivery.
Bromvoel Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, suppliers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Product Use – Stick-On Automotive Accessories
Certain products sold by Bromvoel Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd, including but not limited to stick-on bonnet guards, bonnet garnishes, door cladding, weather shields, headlight trims, and other adhesive-mounted accessories, are professionally installed by trained technicians using automotive-grade adhesive tape.
Customers are advised to take extra care when washing their vehicle, particularly when using using chemicals, and high-pressure washing machines or automated / hand wash car washes.
Detergents, chemicals, and high-pressure water may penetrate underneath the adhesive tape, which can cause the product to loosen or detach.
While we guarantee the quality of the product itself, we cannot guarantee the manner in which the product is used, maintained, installed, or cared for after delivery.
Damage, detachment, or failure resulting from improper use, high-pressure washing, or inadequate care will not constitute a manufacturing defect.
7.4 Returns and Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability
