When using Shipping provided we will do all we can to assist when chosen courier does not provide service as they should. Once the package leave our premises the risk of the package get damaged or lost is on the courier and the new owner ( buyer from website).
Please note: What this mean is we do not take responsibility for the courier bad service or los or damage to product. The courier is liable and where there terms state they not liable, the risk is on you as buyer.
Please note: If you are not satisfied with above terms or any other term on our website regarding shipping, please tick collection at our offices and arrange your own courier .
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Bromvoel Outdoor Accessories warrant all products to be free of defects at time of shipping. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties.
Prior to returning faulty products you agree to contact us first so that we can provide you with the necessary details to effect the return. Returns on faulty or damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of taking delivery, together with a proof of purchase, in the original packing.
In the unlikely event that a product should become faulty during the warranty period, the product may be returned in order to effect repair or replacement.
The manufacturer or its official distributing agent will, at their sole discretion, determine if the repair or replacement can be honoured under the terms of the warranty. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Also note that a 15% Handling fee may be levied on ALL RETURNS of correctly supplied, or non-defective goods as per order displayed, if returned within 30 days (In its original packaging and in a resaleable condition), otherwise items cannot be returned. Delivery fees will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods to us will be for your account.
No Warranty on DIY FITMENTS!!! We sell Aftermarket NON-OEM products, so we cannot confirm that all items will always fit 100% all of the time.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
