Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • The item must be in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    • NOTE: We do not accept refund requests for products due to change-of-mind (i.e. you no longer want the product).

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.

  • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.

3. Incorrect Orders by Client

  • A handling fee of 15% may apply on all orders.

  • The cost of return shipping is the client’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • You ordered the wrong product during checkout.

  • You no longer want or require the item.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom-made or personalised items.

  • Downloadable digital products or services.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If we made a mistake by sending out an incorrect item, we are happy to rectify the mistake.

6. Shipping Costs

  • The client is responsible for shipping costs when returning an item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
